ATEEZ’s San Named Dolce & Gabbana Global Ambassador

Date:

Dolce & Gabbana has tapped San, a member of K-pop boy group ATEEZ, to be the luxury fashion house’s latest brand ambassador.

The Italian-based brand announced the news this week – it marks the first major fashion deal for the 26-year-old K-pop star outside of the eight-member group. “Known for his electrifying stage presence and dynamic performances, San has quickly solidified his influence in culture worldwide,” the brand’s release said of the singer.

“I am proud and excited to embark on this journey with Dolce & Gabbana, and I look forward to creating meaningful moments together,” the K-pop star said in a statement.

Dolce & Gabbana released photos to celebrate the occasion. In the photos, San wore pieces from the luxury fashion house’s Fall Winter 2025 collection, which “embodies the elegance and the spotlight glamour of silver-screens icons of all times,” according to a release. San also took to his Instagram to share some of the photos and behind-the-scenes moments from the shoot, captioning the post “new chapter.”

ATEEZ is an eight-member K-pop group hailing from Korean label KQ Entertainment. In the nearly seven years since their 2018 debut, ATEEZ has managed to dominate global music charts (including two No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart and two entries on the Hot 100), perform on major stages like Coachella and star in TV shows like Apple TV+’s KPOPPED, which was released in August.

Known for their electric performances and dynamic stage presence, the boy group — consisting of San and fellow members Hongjoong, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, Mingi, Wooyoung and Jongho — has managed to carve out a space for themselves in the industry. Their latest EP and its repackage, Golden Hour: Part 3, landed the group their first entries on the Hot 100 with “Lemon Drop” and the English-language track, “In Your Fantasy.”
