After knocking off one of the last unbeaten teams in the NFL and covering the point spread for the fifth time in six games, the Detroit Lions will be heavy favorites in their return home.

The Lions opened as 11.5-point favorites for their Week 8 game against the Titans on BetMGM, FanDuel and Caesars.

That line is a result of the Lions beating the previously 5-0 Vikings, 31-29, on the road on Sunday to move into a tie for first place in the NFC North.

The Titans, meanwhile, fell to 1-5 on the season when they lost at Buffalo, 34-10. After going ahead 10-0, Tennessee gave up 34 unanswered points in their largest loss of the season.

The 11.5 points marks the largest spread among NFL Week 8 games.
