Superyacht Experience Set for Monaco Grand Prix

With less than two weeks to go before the Monaco Grand Prix, yachts will soon be coasting up the French Riviera. New to the scene this year will be RD Grand Prix, a superyacht experience presented by Rosé Day and Agenxy Universe.

Set to debut May 23-25, and timed to Formula 1’s marquee race, RD Grand Prix is designed as a “multi-sensory destination” and promises to be a sanctuary on the water during three days of programming, brand activations, entertainment and culinary delights aboard a 180-foot superyacht.

The program features a headline performance by Robin Thicke on Friday, with Evan Ross booked to host the night. The weekend’s roster will also spotlight DJs Ruckus, Cruz and Pookie, other unannounced performances and race viewing parties. As for the food, chef Marc Forgione (The Next Iron Chef) will oversee the menu, powered by Hexclad. There will be “immersive tastings,” an art exhibition from contemporary artist Fred Allard, and onboard shopping with brands like luxury swimwear label Oceanus, bespoke menswear by Live Fast Die Young, and Alpha Industries.

As for the pours, the team has rounded up RUMOR Rosé, a premium, vegan and organic rosé from the Cotes de Provence, Famille Perrin Wines, Tequila Centinela, Cognac Coutanseaux Aîné, Heaven Sake, Heineken, Red Bull and 100 Coconuts in addition to non-alcoholic options French Bloom and Almave.

RD Grand Prix is a partnership between Ben Biscotti of Rosé Day and Ashleigh Hillier of Agenxy Universe, who specializes in superyacht management and luxury concierge. Their partners on the effort include renowned event planner and designer Tony Schubert of Event Eleven, nightlife gurus Sylvain Bitton, JT Torregiani and David Jarrett, known for venues like Warwick and The Hideaway.
