\n\tIn May 2024, Anne Hathaway<\/a> stunned the world in an all-white Gap look<\/a> at the Bulgari Aeterna High Jewelry Event in Rome. The actress, known for donning the most high-profile fashion<\/a> houses, sported a custom poplin shirtdress<\/a> designed by none other than Gap Inc.\u2019s recently appointed creative director, Zac Posen<\/a>. That same month, the dress became available on gap.com<\/a> and sold out pretty much instantly. It\u2019s now back in stock<\/a> nearly a year later thanks to the launch of GapStudio<\/a>, a collection of premium, elevated essentials designed by Posen himself.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Poplin Maxi Shirtdress<\/a> is made from 100-percent organic cotton and retails for $158. While it was initially only available in white, the piece now comes in off white<\/a>, khaki tan<\/a> and navy blue with white polkadots<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDesigning this custom white shirt dress was an exciting opportunity to reimagine Gap\u2019s classic white shirt,\u201d said Posen in 2024. \u201cBy incorporating elements like the shirt\u2019s collar and placket, and adding feminine touches with darting at the waist, we created a modern look that pays homage to the elegance of Audrey Hepburn in Roman Holiday,\u201d the designer continued.<\/p>\n
